This was my second time going there and most of the food tasted good except for the chicken tenders. They just weren't as good as the last time I was there. Also, I had ordered spicy tenders, but they seemed like the mild tenders instead. The red beans and rice, mashed potatoes and gravy, and biscuits were great.

This franchise has a lot of potential for take out chicken and great side dishes. However" in my opinion better management is needed in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Good leadership equates towards good food service. From management to team leader to regular employee. Once this level of leadership is established the fine tuning of this chicken establishment can begin and there is no doubt that this particular location will be top notch.

Price was great! They just were a little slow with the service. Got the three chicken strips meal it was real good. Strips are thin but good.

Tried this location twice now and they were out of mild tenders and blackened tenders both times. Kids meals didn’t come with a toy either this time. My husband and I are doing WW so we really wanted the blackened tenders, but ended up not ordering anything. Disappointing because I love the blackened tenders!

My first visit at this new location. The food was nothing like I've had before. The tenders were not at all tender, and the biscuit was terrible. I waited in line more than 30 minutes altogether to order, pay, and get my food while multiple staff in view seemed to be doing very little or moving very slowly.
